Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused grill or accessory in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
