How do I determine which replacement parts fit my grill model?
You can find your grill's model number on the rating label, typically located on the back of the grill or inside the cabinet door. Enter this number into our 'Parts Finder' tool to see a list of compatible burners, grates, and ignition kits.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for grills and large accessories?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Large freight items may require a scheduled delivery appointment.
What is your return policy for unused products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unassembled condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply to certain large-scale equipment.
How do I register my product for warranty coverage?
To register your grill, visit our Product Registration page and provide your model number, serial number, and a copy of your purchase receipt to ensure you are covered under our limited warranty program.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States and Canada. We do not offer direct international shipping to other regions at this time.
